"This building was meticulously designed in collaboration with the Heritage Council of NSW to co-exist with the adjoining National Trust listed buildings.

It comprises of 6, 2 bedroom and 3, 3 bedroom apartments with 2 levels of basement parking. Deep excavation was involved to adjoin the delicate Heritage building through sensitive construction and engineering techniques."
