The Imperial Apartments Group was founded in 1982 by father & son Onofrio & Antonio Pugliese. Together they developed & constructed over 200 million dollar's of projects across 40 years.
Imperial Apartments follows the legacy of Onofrio Pugliese's eye for quality, taking projects from start to finish. Purchasing the raw site, developing the DA & architectural design through to CC stage, execute the construction on time delivering projects across Sydney's CBD, Inner City, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore & Northern Beaches.

Onofrio Pugliese
Co-Founder
Onofrio Pugliese was born in Spilinga Italy in 1932, Whilst in Italy he quickly became known within the town as "Masciunofrio" which translates to "master of trades". Moving to Sydney, Australia in 1958. He quickly set the foundation for success with first hand delivery as a builder & tradesman on over 100 projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, CBD, Lower North Shore & Northern Beaches.
Antonio Pugliese
Co-Founder, Director
Antonio Pugliese built upon the teaching's and lessons of his father, working on building sites with his father from as early as the age of 5. Through his studies of Building Construction and Architecture (BArch) at the University Of New South Wales he forged the lasting legacy built with his father to successfully develop over 200 million dollar's of projects across Sydney.
Tristiano Pugliese
Manager
Tristiano Pugliese is the third generation following in his father and grandfathers footsteps. Tristiano began working in the family business from the age of 18. He graduated from Macquarie University with a bachelor's in Economics & Marketing.
